Our automatic encapsulation machines fill powders, granules, and pellet blends into gelatin and HPMC shells at production scale. Fill weight is verified by checkweighing on every line, with tolerances defined in your master manufacturing record — not left to operator judgment.
Suites are dehumidified to protect hygroscopic blends and maintain shell integrity, and each machine runs one product at a time under a documented line-clearance procedure.
